  1. 01

    Use complete personal protective equipment

Before entry, check your hard hat, suitable safety footwear, high-visibility vest and task-specific equipment; never use damaged PPE.

  2. 02

    Learn access and emergency rules

Walk the assembly point, emergency exit, first-aid station, fire equipment and restricted zones with the responsible person.

  3. 03

Locate the current drawing and revision set

Match the drawing revision number to the distribution record and remove superseded sheets from the working area.

  4. 04

    Understand site roles and responsibilities

Identify the site manager, field engineer, safety specialist, foreman and subcontractor leads, and note who approves each type of decision.

  5. 05

Keep dated notes with photo references

Link photographs to a location and drawing reference, and respect privacy, confidentiality and site photography rules.
